    Power supplies have been restored to over 61,000 customers following damaging gusts from Storm Ali. Emergency crews continue to work on repairs to power cuts affecting around 32,000 homes and businesses.

    At 13:45 around 55,000 customers are without electricity across Northern Ireland with power now restored to 36,000 customers. The number of customers affected by power cuts may rise as strong winds gusting well in excess of 70 mph continue to cause damage to the electricity network.
     
    Currently we are experiencing the strongest winds moving along the North coast.

    Approximately 65,000 customers are currently without electricity across all parts of Northern Ireland with power restored to 24,000 as Storm Ali continues to track through Northern Ireland.
