What to do in an emergency

  • If your vehicle makes contact with overhead electricity lines, stay put and call for help.
  • If you need to get out to summon help, or because of fire, jump clear as far as possible with both feet together.
  • Never return to the vehicle and keep all people well away from any broken or damaged electricity equipment.
  • If an accident involving our equipment occurs you must contact us immediately on - 03457 643 643 - so as we can make the area safe and begin repairs.
