NIE Networks Recognised for Accessible and Inclusive Services

NIE Networks is proud to announce that it has achieved the prestigious Kitemark for Inclusive Service from the British Standards Institution (BSI). This accreditation highlights NIE Networks commitment to providing accessible and inclusive services to all customers, ensuring that everyone has equal access to essential services.

NIE Networks is one of only four companies in Northern Ireland to reach this milestone and it confirms our commitment to prioritising the needs of our customers, colleagues, and external stakeholders.

 The assessment, conducted in March 2025, was an in-depth two-day review, during which auditors rigorously evaluated our policies, procedures, and on-site practices. They engaged across our teams to observe first-hand how we support and care for our vulnerable customers.
