26 Sep 2023 A new advertising campaign has gone live this month to increase awareness of NIE Networks as an Employer of Choice. The company’s business plan for the next regulatory period, anticipates that the workforce will grow to around 2000 people by 2030 which means an additional 600 people are to be recruited within the next 6-7 years. The campaign went live on 25 September under the strapline “We hire history-making, barrier-breaking people like you. As well as illustrating the exciting and innovative place it is to work it also conveys the warm and inclusive culture potential recruits can expect to find. Featuring in the campaign are our own staff (and in one case their very cute baby) and some have shared their stories so potential recruits can read about the work they do.
