Please note that at Northern Ireland Electricity Networks (NIE Networks), we are unable to deal with enquiries concerning electricity bills or switching suppliers. Please contact your electricity supplier directly if you have a query about your bill or you are moving house.

You can report a power cut online or by contacting our customer helpline on 03457 643 643 which is open 24 hours a day to report a loss of electricity supply. Customers using text phones can contact our Minicom Line on 03457 147 128 which is also available 24 hours a day to report a loss of supply.
