All power supplies affected by Storm Ali restored

NIE Networks has confirmed that all customers who lost power due to Storm Ali have had electricity supplies restored. The last customer had power restored at 03.30 this morning.

NIE Networks’ Incident Centres have been open since early Wednesday morning and have fixed over a thousand faults throughout Northern Ireland.
A spokesperson for NIE Networks said, “We would like to thank our customers for their patience over the last number of days. We understand that being without electricity for any period of time can be frustrating but we’d like to reassure them that we have been working to restore faults as quickly and safely as possible.”
A small number of customers may experience interruption to electricity supplies over the coming days as we undertake permanent repair works.
