She has worked very hard and is a great ambassador for the apprenticeship programme. Over 70 awards were presented at this inspirational event, recognising our apprentice achievements, academic performance and special awards for those who have gone above and beyond . It is a fantastic day that enables us to stop for a moment and celebrate our people.  Congratulations to all of the nominees and winners.”

Speaking at the Awards ceremony Kelly said: “I really wasn’t expecting to win anything today never mind the Apprentice of the Year award. It means a lot to me and I’m absolutely delighted. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my apprenticeship at NIE Networks and would recommend it as a career route for anyone to consider.”
